These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the Beavida online shop and services. By accessing or purchasing from Beavida (operated by Crazy Caracal OÜ, an Estonian private limited company), you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases via Beavida (www.beavida.com), covering teas, dietary supplements, online courses, and accessories (collectively, “Products”), as well as access to related services, content, and digital tools.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have a legal guardian’s consent) to place an order.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.

4. Contract Formation

  • When you click the order button, you make a binding purchase offer.
  • Beavida sends an order acknowledgment by email, which is not yet the contract.
  • The contract is formed when Beavida either processes payment or dispatches the goods—whichever occurs first.

5. Correction of Order Entries

Before confirming your order, you may amend personal, shipping, payment, or cart details using on-screen options or browser navigation.

6. Products & Information

  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are for reference only; minor errors or deviations may occur.
  • Health Disclaimer: Products (e.g. teas, supplements) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Colours and appearances may differ depending on your device and settings.

7. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are in EUR or equivalent in your country’s currency and include VAT when applicable.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
  • Price changes may occur but are not retroactive.
  • You represent that your payment details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

8. Orders & Right to Refuse

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Beavida. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, stock errors, or violation of these Terms.
  • Purchases are for personal or household use only. Resale or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs and delivery estimates appear at checkout and in your tracking email. Actual times may vary.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you once you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

10. Retention of Title

Goods remain property of Crazy Caracal OÜ until full payment is received.

11. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)

  • You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
  • Exclusions: Opened sealed goods (e.g., unsealed tea or supplements) and digital content (once access has begun).
  • To withdraw, notify us via email within the 14-day period.
  • Return goods at your expense in original condition; refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt.

12. Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact us within 14 days if goods are defective or incorrect—entitlements may include repair, replacement, or refund per EU consumer rights.

13. Digital Content & Online Courses

  • You receive a non-exclusive, personal license. Redistribution, resale, or sharing without permission is prohibited.
  • We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms.

14. Feedback & Reviews

  • If you submit reviews, comments, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant Beavida a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content for business purposes (e.g., marketing).
  • You represent that you own or have rights to your Feedback and that it is not unlawful, misleading, or infringing.
  • We may remove Feedback at our discretion.

15. Third-Party Tools & Links

  • Our website may provide access to tools or links operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
  • Use of third-party tools or services is at your own risk.

16. Liability

  • Except as required by law, Crazy Caracal OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is capped at the price of the product in question.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under EU or Estonian law.

All content—trademarks, logos, text, images, videos—are protected and may not be used without written consent.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:
